
STA BUS DAY

Our annual day STA day is set to return again for 2025, celebrating all things State Transit Authority with additional vintage bus trips to Huntley's Point on a dedicated route.
STA was the operator of Sydney's bus services from 1989 until 2022. We'll have a whole host of special exhibits on display to showcase the variety of changes seen throughout this period!

SPECIAL ROUTE 512 TO BE OPERATED

In addition to our regular route 456 vintage bus service, above buses will operate on a special route in pairs every 30 minutes from the Museum to Huntley's Point.
​
The buses will travelling via Henley Marine Drive and over the Gladesville Bridge, with allowance for photostops and the chance to swap buses.

GETTING TO THE MUSEUM
The Museum will be open from 10.00am until 4.00pm, with our regular Sunday Service operating to the CBD throughout.

Car parking is available on the corner of William and Derbyshire Streets, or in surrounding streets. There is no public parking available on site at this time.
The Museum can be reached by public transport via the Leichhardt North Light Rail stop, and bus routes 437, 440 and 445.
