
Duck The Hassle Book Launch & PTC Day
Sunday 2nd March
On Sunday 2nd March we will officially launch our latest book called “Duck The Hassle”. This 320 page book covers all modes operated by the Public Transport Commission (PTC) during the tumultuous 1970s.
The books authors will be on site from 12.30 to 2pm to sign copies and answer questions about the book. If you already own a copy, bring it along to have it signed. If you don’t have a copy and would like to buy a signed copy on the day, we are offering a 10% discount for this day only.
We will be running 4 different PTC era single and double deck buses on our regular 456 bus service on this day. The Car Sheds model railway layout operating PTC era suburban trains will be on display (presented by Historic Electric Traction) as well as a model of the PTC ferry Lady Wakehurst (Presented by John Daroch).
Come along and Duck The Hassle at the Sydney Bus Museum on Sunday 2nd March 2025.
The official book launch will be at1pm.
